At present, The Prepared Zone does not operate a contact form, newsletter signup, user account system, or comment facility. No mechanism currently exists for visitors to submit personal data to this site directly.

The Prepared Zone is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process certain technical data as part of delivering the site to your browser β€” including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This site does not currently use:

  • Google Analytics or any third-party analytics platform
  • Advertising networks or tracking pixels
  • Cookies for tracking, profiling, or personalisation purposes
  • Social media tracking or share buttons that collect data
  • Affiliate tracking links

If any of this changes, this policy will be updated before those tools are deployed, and appropriate consent mechanisms will be put in place where required.

The Prepared Zone does not set tracking or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set technically necessary cookies as part of its infrastructure and security functions (such as bot detection). These are strictly functional and are not used to track your behaviour across sites or build advertising profiles.

You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking functional infrastructure cookies may affect how some pages load.
